High Variability in Clinical and Histopathological Patterns of Abnormal Uterine Bleeding in Perimenopausal Women

Background: The term "abnormal uterine bleeding" (AUB) refers to bleeding from the uterus that is either more than usual, occurs for a longer amount of time normal, or at an irregular time. All three these factors can contribute AUB. AUB affect persons any age and manifest itself in variety ways. It also one most common reasons patients go see their physicians because it presenting complaint symptom. There wide underlying reasons, some which include fibromyoma, adenomyosis, endometrial polyp, ovarian tumour, pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), hyperplasia, cancer, hormonal imbalance (such as hypothyroidism), hypothalamus pituitary illnesses. Place Study: Rai Medical College Sargodha Duration November 2018 March 2022 Methods: Obstetrics Gynecology department RAI carried out this prospective observational study during months 2022. One hundred ten all were given permission take part research project after meeting prerequisites participation. Results: According statistics, largest number cases, 51.2%, fell within range 41-50 years. next 28.9%, 31-40 In total, there 110 people who agreed research. average was 44.87 years old, with standard deviation 9.45 findings our investigation, mode presentation heavy menstrual bleeding, recorded 54 cases (49.9%). This followed by delayed observed 23 instances (20.9%). Endometrial hyperplasia found 16 (14.5%) patients, proliferative endometrium 47 (42.7%) secretory 38 (34.5%) 15 (13.6%) cases.
